The Department of Electrical Engineering established since the year 2009. The department has six labs. The department is well equipped with modern labs like AC machine lab, DC machine lab, Basic electrical lab, Switch gear and protection lab, measurement lab and programming lab. The Dept. has dedicated set of faculties with supporting staff. Each faculty plays role as a Guardian to solve the problems of every student both in and out of campus through the help of remedial teaching.
Thus, all staff members under one roof work hard to get the dept to the highest peak. It places strong emphasis on fundamentals to introduce the students to complex real life problems arising out of recent advancement and technological innovations in diverse areas. As Electrical is becoming more complex and advanced day by day, the dept. has taken steps to increase importance to recognize the advanced technology that have gained importance in recent times. The dept. has also taken initiative step to enhance quality of students by providing extra lectures on Soft skills. Finally department has registered for NBA to assure the quality in all aspects.
